When the firearm arrives
The firearm will be assessed for any damage or concerns and will be noted upon arrival. We will call you to confirm what work needs to be performed and cost estimate. Time frames will vary depending on the work you request. Please understand if tracking shows that the gun has arrived give us time to contact you first. We have a process for check in and check out.
Return Shipping/Payment
When the work order is complete we will contact you for payment and shipping options. All payment is collected before returning the items. We accept check , Money order, and credit card (subject to 3% fee)
